이슬람의 종교 율법 / 쿠란 코란 quran koran / 종교인 이슬람의 쿠란 경전에 대해서 알아 봅시다.

Qur'an (5:33) - "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides..."

알라와 그의 사도에 저항하는자, 악행을 벌이는 자는 살해되거나 십자가형에 처형되거나 손발을 서로 어긋나는 방향으로 잘라야 한다.

Qur'an (8:12) - "Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instill terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their fingertips off them."

천사의 메세지를 기억하라 : 불신자들의 마음에 공포를 일으키고 그들의 목을 치고 손가락 마디마디를 잘라내라

Qur'an (48:29) - "Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves"

무하마드와 함께하는 자들은 불신자에 대해 가혹해야하며 신자에 대해 자비로워야 한다

 

(쿠란 요약) 이슬람 안믿는 이교도들은 고문해서 죽여도 됨. (목을 자르는 참수를 하고 손가락을 마디마디 자르라고 쿠란에서 구체적으로 친절히 설명)

Qur'an (5:51) - "O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people."

 

믿는 자여! 유대인과 기독교도를 친구로 받아들이지 말라! 그들은 서로 친구이며, 당신들 중 유대인, 기독교도와 친구인 자가 있다면

그는 유대인이거나 기독교도이다. 알라는 부당한 자들을 인도하지 않는다.

 

 

Qur'an (5:80) - "You will see many of them befriending those who disbelieve; certainly evil is that which their souls have sent before for them, that Allah became displeased with them and in chastisement shall they abide." 

너는 그들 중 다수가 불신자들을 친구라 삼는 것을 볼 것이다. 그것은 악이 그들의 영혼을 그리 움직이는 것이며, 알라는 그들에게 분노하고 반드시 응징할 것이다.

 

(쿠란 요약) 이교도들(다른 종교를 믿는 사람들)을 친구로 두면 지옥으로 떨어짐. 그러니까 이교도들을 절대 인정하지 말 것

Qur'an (33:57) - "Lo! those who malign Allah and His messenger, Allah hath cursed them in this world and the Hereafter, and hath prepared for them the doom of the disdained"

알라와 그의 사도를 욕하는 자는 현생에서도 내세에서도 저주받고 무시받다가 운지하게 된다

 

Qur'an (33:61) - [continues from above] "Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter." 

저주받은 자들은 그들의 소지품을 강탈당하고 잔인하게 학살당할 것이다.

Bukhari (59:369) - This recounts the murder of Ka'b bin al-Ashraf, a Jewish poet who wrote verses about Muslims that Muhammad found insulting.  He asked his followers, 'Who will rid me of this man?' and several volunteered.  al-Ashraf was stabbed to death while fighting for his life.

(요약)유대 시인이 무슬림들을 욕했다. 무하마드는 "누가 이새끼를 죽이겠는가?" 하고 물었다. 여럿이 자원했다. 유대 시인은 뒤질때까지 칼빵을 맞았다.

Bukhari (4:241) - Those who mocked Muhammad at Mecca were killed after he had retaken the city and asserted his authority.

메카에서 무하마드를 욕한 자는 개슬람이 도시를 정복한 후 처형되었다.

 

(쿠란 요약) 이슬람을 욕하면 죽여도 좋음

Qur'an (8:69) - "So enjoy what you took as booty; the spoils are lawful and good."

전리품으로 챙긴 것을 마음껏 즐겨라: 그것은 합법적이고 좋은 것이다.

Qur'an (48:20) - "Allah promised you many acquisitions which you will take, then He hastened on this one for you and held back the hands of men from you, and that it may be a sign for the believers and that He may guide you on a right path." 

알라는 네가 인수할 많은 것을 약속했다. 그는 이걸 널 위해 챙겨주었고 딴애들의 손애서 떨어트려 놨다. 이것은 신자들에게 하나의 신호이며 너를 바른 길로 이끌어준다는 의미이다.

Qur'an (33:27) - "And He caused you to inherit their land and their houses and their wealth, and land ye have not trodden. Allah is ever Able to do all things."  

그는 네가 그들의 땅과 집과 부를, 네가 다지지 않은 땅을 상속하도록 하였다. 알라는 모든 것을 할 수 있다.

 

(쿠란 요약) 이슬람교를 안믿는 사람들은 도둑질해도 좋고 전리품을 챙겨도 좋다. 율법적으로 아주 합법이고 장려함

Qur'an (4:89) - "They wish that you should disbelieve as they disbelieve, and then you would be equal; therefore take not to yourselves friends of them, until they emigrate in the way of God; then, if they turn their backs, take them, and slay them wherever you find them; take not to yourselves any one of them as friend or helper."

(요약) 등 돌리는 자들은 데려다 죽여라.

 

(쿠란 요약) 이슬람에서 다른 종교로 개종하면 죽여도 됨. (율법적으로 개종자는 살인해도 합법)

 

 

 

Qur'an (2:282) - Establishes that a woman's testimony is worth only half that of a man's in court.

여성의 발언은 남성이 한 발언의 절반 정도의 가치만 지닌다.

Qur'an (24:4) - "And those who accuse free women then do not bring four witnesses (to adultery), flog them..."  

여성이 4명의 증인을 데려오지 않으면 채찍질을 해라.

Qur'an (24:13) - "Why did they not bring four witnesses of it? But as they have not brought witnesses they are liars before Allah."

4명의 증인을 데려오지 않은 여인은 알라 앞에서 구라쟁이에 불과하다.

 

 

(쿠란 요약) 강간당한 여자는 처형해도 됨.

Bukhari (41.598) - Slaves are property.  They cannot be freed if an owner has outstanding debt, but can be used to pay off the debt.

노예는 재산이다. 주인이 빚을 졌을 경우 돈 대신 노예로 갚을 수 있다.

Bukhari (62:137) - An account of women taken as slaves in battle by Muhammad's men after their husbands and fathers were killed.  

The woman were raped with Muhammad's approval.

무하마드의 졸개들이 전리품으로 얻은 여성은 노예가 된다. 이건 알라의 허락을 받았다.

 

(쿠란 요약) 이교도들을 노예로 부려도 됨. 특히 이교도들로부터 얻은 전리품 여성은 성노예로 삼아도 됨.
